4 Storey Multifamily Repipe project - Outside Corner Suite

When repiping a large mulifamily building, the outside corner units (2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms) are considered the most difficult. Due to the larger size, kitchens are usually more central inside the units and two beds/baths are generally on opposite sides of the unit.

Conventional Construction Methods

Current construction methodology would be to cut open the walls and ceilings to access the old pipe and install the new piping within the same chase/cavities.

Large scale drywall and carpentry repairs would be required to complete this “Outside corner Unit”

Plumbing Track Solution

In 2024, Building: Brandt’s Crossing, 42 Units - 4 stories, we completed a full repipe, including independent shut off valves with “ZERO” drywall repairs inside the suite utilizing the renowned “Plumbing Track” system solution.

Proof of concept complete.
